You will receive our practical gift vouchers either by post or (if it is urgent) as a graphic (PDF) to print out yourself by e-mail (see pictures). The PDF voucher has the format DinA5.
Paid vouchers are of course transferable and do not lose their validity. However, they can only be redeemed at SUPADANCE Germany & Austria. The vouchers can be redeemed in our shop or in our online shop. For technical reasons, it is NOT possible to redeem vouchers at one of our trade fair stands (e.g. GOC or Hessen Tanzt).
The voucher and any remaining credit can be redeemed until the end of the third year after the year in which the voucher was purchased. The voucher can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. The voucher can only be used for the purchase of goods and not for the purchase of further vouchers. Voucher credit is neither paid out in cash nor does it bear interest. The voucher is transferable. The seller may make payment to the respective holder with discharging effect. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the non-authorisation, legal incapacity or lack of power of representation of the respective holder.
